Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are eco-friendly, insecticide-free, reusable mosquito traps. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may exist between the product and its image.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are displayed before order confirmation.

Ciao Mosquito reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

Article 4 – Orders

The customer confirms their order after completing the online order form. All orders constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation is automatically sent by email.

Ciao Mosquito reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment, prior dispute, or fraudulent use of the site.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment for purchases is made by credit card via a secure platform (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Ciao Mosquito never stores your bank details.

Article 6 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 working days for mainland France.

Delivery delays cannot give rise to any compensation if the cause is external to Ciao Mosquito (e.g., strike, weather event, carrier error).

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and suitable for resale .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is in compliance with regulations, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Article 8 – Guarantees

The products benefit from:

  • of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),

  • of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In case of defective or non-compliant product, please contact info@ciaomosquito.com with a photo of the product.

Article 9 – Liability

Ciao Mosquito cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of the product, or use contrary to the recommendations on the packaging or website.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Article 11 – Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Nice.
