RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refund and exchange conditions
In accordance with Article L.120-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 working days from the date of receipt (right of withdrawal) to return the Products to the Seller, without having to provide any specific reason, for an exchange or a refund. The return shipping costs are then borne by the Buyer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Incomplete, damaged or soiled returned Products will not be accepted and will be returned as is to the Customer, at the latter's expense.
The exchange is at the customer's risk. The product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the return slip.

Return request

For a return request, the Customer must first make an exchange request by email, mentioning the order number and the Buyer's full contact details.
An email will be sent confirming receipt of this return request.
Upon receipt of the agreement, the Customer has 14 days to return the Product. After this period, the return will be refused.

Refund

Only after verifying that all these conditions are met will the Seller proceed with the refund of the sums received for the returned items, excluding return shipping costs. The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer without delay (by bank transfer), and at the latest within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned products.
In the event that the above conditions are not met, no refund will be due: the Customer will then remain the owner of the Product, which will be returned to him at his expense.
